The Shed, Notting Hill's rustic-feel, farm-to-plate new restaurant is all about premium produce, local suppliers and seasonal ingredients. Sample this dish of home-cured chorizo and you'll see what all the fuss is about. The sharing plate of minced chorizo has a smoky, spicy fennel kick which is cooled down with the dollop of housemade yoghurt labneh cheese. Use the wafer thin crisp bread to mix it all together in one mouthful.
