We know there are two sides to every good story, and SXSW, which starts on Friday, is no exception. Festival-goers can’t wait to march into the convention center to see the wares, while many locals are wary of the ides of March. Whether you want to go into the belly of the South by Southwest beast (crowds be damned!) or get the heck out of dodge, this list of great options (some culled from our “best of” places and others our “must-try” spots) will get you through the week.
