Shipping Containers Used to Create Pop-Up Hotel

A hotel in Antwerp, Belgium, has started adopting the nomadic fun of food truck culture for overnight stays. In lieu of a traditional check-in, guests at Sleeping Around are given a GPS to find their vacation digs, which are made from repurposed shipping containers that are moved around the city, according to the Huffington Post. The recycled containers have been configured into playful modernist abodes with multipurpose fluorescent table/seating cubes, floating platform beds and all-glass walls that look out on the view of the moment. And the hotel looks for guest input too. Have an idea for a great new location for Sleeping Around? They take suggestions on their website.
