We're only three months into 2013 and already some of the biggest restaurants of the year have opened. A recent 30 Under 30 honoree helms one, while another marks the return of a chef that hasn't been on the scene for a while. There's also another Mozza sibling and a new location for one of LA's small-plate pioneers. And that's just the tip of the iceberg (wedge). Take a look at our slide show, and let us know how the newbies have fared for you so far. Coupled with all of the smaller neighborhood spots opening all over LA (Juice bars! Taquerias! More small plates!), if this is any inclination as to how we'll be eating for the rest of the year, it should be one of the tastiest yet.
