We do not need an excuse to sip on cocktails made by either Clint Rogers of Henri or Bradley Bolt of Bar Deville. But if you do, here are several tempting reasons to get a little gluttonous.

These two bar barons are working together on the latest installment of Henri’s spirited dinner series. The theme is Fat Tuesday, and it will take place on Fat Tuesday. Coincidence? We think not. There will be Bourbon Street-themed cocktails paired with a five-course dinner as well as beads. Yes, beads! Sold yet?
