Video: iNG Restaurant and Bread & Wine's Pop-Up Swap

Last night, during chef Homaro Cantu's Iron Chef America rematch with chef Masaharu Morimoto (spoiler alert: he lost), Cantu announced plans for a two-day restaurant swap with chef Curtis Gamble of Bread & Wine. The swap will take place on March 12 and 13 with chef Cantu serving his Iron Chef menu at Bread & Wine and chef Gamble serving his nose-to-tail cuisine at iNG. Tickets for the dinner are only available via the online reservation site Table Host. Ticket for the five-course dinner with wine pairings cost $120.
