Nicholas Elmi is doing great things at Rittenhouse Tavern, and it’s getting noticed. The restaurant received a three-bell review in the Philadelphia Inquirer and Elmi was just tapped as one of StarChefs’s 2013 Rising Stars. Plus, we just featured his truffle chips as the best thing we ate all week, possibly the highest honor imaginable.

What makes Nick tick? The chef joined us for our favorite party game. Two of the following are completely true. One of them is a total lie. Which is which?
