Trade Launches Craft Distillers, Brewers, Drink-Makers Series


Trade, the Mediterranean restaurant by Jody Adams on the Waterfront, is launching a TradeCraft series, in which local distillers, brewers and winemakers introduce their beverages to a crowd (that’s you) while Adams and executive chef Andrew Hebert whip up some goodies. The first one is this Tuesday, February 26, when Bully Boy Distillery founders and owners Will and Dave Willis mix up some creative cocktails from ingredients including rum, vodka and white whiskey. The bites include fried dough with Parmesan, prosciutto and anchovies; shrimp with piri-piri pepper sauce; and braised beef slider with wasabi a├»oli.
