The Marrow, Pig & Khao Launch Brunch This Weekend

The Marrow may be coming off of a slightly disappointing one star review from Pete Wells, but the eatery is still busy as ever, and this weekend the West Villager will start serving brunch. The offerings include a new burger option with bone marrow and sherried onions and housemade bratwurst. The meal will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM-2:30 PM.

The Lower East Side is also getting a new mid-day weekend option at Pig & Khao, which will also be debuting brunch this weekend. Chef Leah Cohen will prepare options like longonissa sausage, which is a Filipino link that's similar to chorizo, with a sunny-side-up fried egg and a tomato salad. There will be plenty of beverages flowing, including unlimited orange lychee, mango and watermelon mimosas for $15.
