The Kitchen NYC. The point of the meal was to preview the offerings aboard Celebrity Cruises upcoming
Top Chef jaunt, for which chef John Suley prepared a three-course menu for guests including former cheftestants Hung Huynh, Casey Thompson, Hosea Rosenberg, Spike Mendelsohn and Mike Isabella. Our favorite dish of the night was the halibut which was served atop roasted mushrooms and a salsify puree with oxtail marmalade - definitely not your usual cruise ship fare.
