True, Yardbird gets a lot of the attention as far as poultry is concerned, and there was no pig in this dish, but the lightly fried, juicy bits of thigh went so well with the mustard miso and kimchi, especially when wrapped in a crunchy leaf of bibb lettuce. Bathing suit grub? Not so much. But who wants to go swimming when you can dive into creative fare like this?
