SLS Las Vegas will have its very own The Bazaar by Jose Andres, Katsuya by Starck and Umami Burger. Additionally, the non-SBE-owned Griddle Cafe will be taking it's giant red velvet pancakes the the Strip. For nightlife, look for the ever-popular Sayers Club and Shelter, a nightclub they closed here years ago.
Of course, LA in LV isn't new. Wolfgang Puck was the first celebrity chef in the desert when he opened Spago at Caesars Forum Shop, there are some Innovative Dining Group restaurants (Boa and Sushi Roku), and the last to join the fray was David Myers Comme Ca. Most of these don't really attract Angelenos - why would we eat at Comme Ca at the Cosmopolitan when we can go there any day? - but they do attract people who never travel farther than Las Vegas. So will people not from LA care about SBE?
