B Street, the New American in Newton Centre, is celebrating its second birthday on Tuesday, February 26 with complimentary apps at the bar. Pop in between 5-6:30 PM, stay for a specialty cocktail, order a slice of its pineapple upside down cake (à la carte) with a candle and make a wish! If Tuesday doesn’t work, stop by Wednesday for $2 oysters (5-7 PM). Either way, make a b-line to B Street (617-332-8743).
