Sandwich Board: Pretzel Burger at Iron Hill Brewery

Whatever you already have planned for this weekend, add a stop at Iron Hill in Chestnut Hill for chef Jared Cannon’s pretzel burger. Available as a special during weekend lunch and brunch only, the eight ounce brisket and short rib patty sits in a golden, salt-topped, house-baked pretzel roll.

Bacon, cheddar cheese and beer-braised onions finish it off, and on the side you can choose fries and coleslaw or - if you’re feeling guilty - a green salad. Cannon bakes 24 rolls each day, and when they’re gone, the burger’s gone, so get there on the early side to take advantage ($16; 215-948-5600).
