Sa Pa, a New Vietnamese Restaurant, Sets Its Sights on Early February

A new Vietnamese is on the books to open early this month. Nguyen, owner of Kingston Station, and chef Dana Love are going to open a second restaurant, Sa Pa, according to BostonChefs.com.

Sa Pa will be a fast-casual lunch spot serving food from Nguyen’s native Vietnam; the place will be located at 92 Bedford St. in Boston. Menu items include vegetarian pho broth and meat offerings like chicken, beef short ribs and a sake-cured salmon. Be on the lookout for an opening any day now.
