Sa Pa, the Financial District outpost that doles out Vietnamese street food on the cheap, is open.
The lunch-only spot dishes out a simple menu of banh mi, pho, noodle salad and larger entrees like ginger-lime chicken and pork meatballs. Guests sidle up to the counter, order and eat in the industrial dining room with upwards of 40 seats or take out. Dishes are all under $10.
Owner Ky Nguyen also owns and operates Kingston Station in Downtown Crossing.
Sa Pa is open for lunch, Monday through Friday, 11 AM-4 PM.
