Coffee and sandwich chain Pret A Manger has withdrawn its Virgin Mary brand of potato chips after religious group, Protect the Pope, declared the name 'offensive to Jesus's mother'. The Worcestershire sauce and chilli flavoured crisps were removed from shelves the same week they launched and donated to a homeless charity.
