The supper club and pop-up dinner trend is far from over. In fact, we’re seeing more and more creativity every day. The Scrumptious Chef has the story on not one but two dinners on the bustling East Side this weekend.
On Saturday catch a pop-up at Tamale House East with the breakfast taco masters as well as Tapas Bravas, one of the best new food trucks in town. The chefs will be producing plenty of paella, gazpacho and other Spanish small plates. Get your tickets asap.
Then on Sunday the pop-up dinners at Franklin Barbecue continue with a rock ‘n roll themed supper club called L’oca D’oro featuring music by the Stooges. Both seatings of this installation of the Dinners to Rock series are already sold out, but the Prince dinner club (March 3) and Roy Orbison (March 17) at the famous barbecue joint as well as other future editions are wide open.
Stay tuned for more dinners at Tamale House, Donn’s Depot, and everywhere else you can imagine.
