Last night Zagat took over Hollywood's Emerson Theatre to usher in and celebrate a brand-new wave of
30 Under 30 honorees in Los Angeles. Bottles were popped, drinks were poured, and everyone from our up-and-coming culinary trailblazers and esteemed guests like Thomas Keller, Roy Choi and our very own Tim and Nina had a blast.
