A third
Num Pang is slated to open in Nomad this Wednesday at 1129 Broadway and 26th Street. Not only will they be serving their signature Cambodian-inspired sandwiches, but this location will be the first to have full seating and a beer and wine license. Favorites such as the five-spice glazed pork belly sandwich with pickled Asian pear will be on the menu along with a few new items. Additions that break out from between the bread include jasmine and brown rice bowls with marinated pork steak, grilled market fish or seasonal vegetables; and cold vermicelli noodles with egg, peanuts, herbs and a choice of either coconut tiger shrimp, grilled pork or grilled steak. (212-647-8889).
The owners Ben and Ratha are really fun. We have an behind the scenes interview/video with them the day before Num Pang NoMad opened! http://experiencenomad.com/behind-the-scenes-at-num-pang-nomad/
