proliferating across the Southland, it's amazing it hasn't hit Pasadena. Until now. JuiceFarm has debuted in Mills Alley, just off of Colorado Boulevard in Old Town. It couldn't be more strategically placed, right next to Burke Williams Spa, and across from the Bellacures nail studio and Bar Method - this is total chick territory. And the menu caters to them with Glow Shots ("a facial in every shot"), smoothies and cold-pressed juices all made from organic ingredients. Like other juice bars, a cleanse program will be available beginning March 1, with prices ranging from $28.50 for a one-day Feel Better cleanse to $155 for a three-day cleanse. They encourage you to bring back your bottles, too, which knocks off a few bucks, whether it's your daily green juice boost or more (36 W. Colorado Blvd. on Mills Alley; 626-844-7555).
Another day, another place for a cold-pressed juice in Downtown LA. Juice Crafters joins the scene with it's fruit and vegetable smoothies and juices. This is the third location for the company; there are two Westside locales, one in Brentwood and another in Pacific Palisades. To celebrate the opening, drinks are half-off from 9 AM-3 PM through tomorrow (Feb. 13). The shop is open daily from 8 AM-7 PM (702 S. Spring St.; 213-689-4555). [Bringham Yen]
