  1. "What" in the "quotation" "mark" is "going" on "here?" All of these reviews read as though some idiot was trying to convey sarcasm. Quotation marks are for quotes. These reviews are annoying to read like this. Quote me.

    1. That's a good point, but you have to understand what ZAGAT does. They summarize diners' reviews in one paragraph, and quote the most oft-used adjectives, which they bookend with the punctuation marks.
