La Bière de Troegs at Le Bar at Le Bec Fin Tonight

The downstairs lounge at Le Bec Fin (known as “Le Bar”) is pairing the cuisine of Paris with local brew tonight. Five beers from Hershey, PA's Troegs Brewing, plus one cocktail made with Troegs ginger beer, will be matched with six different cheeses and six courses from chef de cuisine Steven Eckerd. (Eckerd is currently overseeing the kitchen after Walter Abrams’ departure.)

The dinner is $95 per person, all inclusive, and begins with a reception where canapés include kielbasa in a croissant (pigs in blankets gone upscale?) and Troegs Hop Back Amber Ale. Five dishes and cheeses follow. Check out the entire menu below - don’t miss the maple-glazed soft pretzel for dessert. If you’re looking for a filling meal tonight, you might not find a better option.
