In addition to running DC institution Equinox, chef-owner Todd Gray and wife Ellen Kassoff Gray have found time to write a new book, The New Jewish Table: Modern Seasonal Recipes for Traditional Dishes, to be released on March 5. In honor of its debut, next Tuesday at 2:30 PM EST we'll be hosting a live Google+ Hangout with them to discuss the book (a story of "love and lox"), the DC restaurant scene and much more.
