Ruh roh. This horsemeat-tainted beef scandal in Europe just got a little meatier: horsemeat was found in Swedish frozen beef lasagna meals. Findus frozen lasagna confirmed to AP that about 20,000 frozen meals are being recalled after traces of the horsemeat DNA was found in their prodict. Henrik Nyberg, product manager for Findus said that the products don't pose any food safety risk, and were recalled solely because they had been mislabeled. Read more about this here.
