Great Performances Catering Company is famous for hiring actors and performers to staff their events, and on February 22 and 23 you'll be able to see what they're made of outside the catering hall. 20 employees are putting on a two-night performance of Little Shop of Horrors, using funds raised on Kickstarter to mount the production. And what about a pre-show drink? Today,
Terroir Murray Hill gets its full liquor license, making it the first location of the wine-bar mini-chain to bust out the booze. Instead of cocktails, the bar will offer pours ranging up to three ounces that are meant to be sipped. Options include Smooth Ambler Barrel-Aged Gin and Whistle Pig rye.
