Gordon Ramsay to Relaunch Flagship with Chef Patron Clare Smyth

Following the news last week that Gordon Ramsay has closed his Royal Hospital Road restaurant for refurbishment, more details have emerged about the March 25 reopening.

Clare Smyth who originally joined the restaurant in 2002 as Chef de Partie will take a share in the restaurant returning as Chef Patron in partnership with Ramsay. According to Smyth, the new Art Deco-inspired space will serve Ramsay specials such as lobster, langoustine and salmon ravioli along with some of her new creations. She also plans to introduce a new "liquor library" - a modern twist on the drink and cheese trollies - as well as a "chef experience table" with a bespoke menu.
