Following the success of last year's Korean pop-up at Concrete in Shoreditch, TV chef Gizzi Erksine is taking over Disco Bistro for one night this Saturday (February 9).
The on-trend, chicken-themed night will featured deep-fried delights like chicken-fried popcorn, buttermilk-fried chicken wings, a fried chicken roll with avocado, pickled onions and chipolte as well as chicken fat fries. And while you are testing the strength of your arteries, why not finish off with a custard doughnut with rhubarb curd?
