Brand Eating reports that Wendy's in the Philippines serves hot dogs of all things, billed as "New York-style Franks." The dogs come in three varieties: chili con carne with onion, chili cheese melt and the "New York classic" - just plain with ketchup. And bonus: Wendy's in the Philippines delivers.
