Time flies when you’re eating pork-filled goodies and drinking Italian craft beer. It’s been a whole year since Marc Vetri and crew opened
Alla Spina on North Broad, and to celebrate the birreria is offering a special deal tonight. The mortadella hot dogs, griddle-split and served on a grilled bun with cabbage relish and spicy pickles, are usually $8 each, but this evening you can scoop them up for just a buck a pop. Pair it with a $1 pour of the house Victory beer, Hundred Horse Ale. That’ll get you over the midweek hump (215-600-0017).
