Dish of the Day: Hamachi Truffle at Chisou

Yellowtail sashimi in black truffle-infused soya sauce at neighbourhood Japanese Chisou makes a welcome change from the ubiquitous ponzu marinade. These melt-in-your mouth, thinly sliced pieces of fish are wrapped around fresh watercress and a selection of herbs, and then finished off with shavings of black truffle.
