Coi's Daniel Patterson is opening a new eatery at 10th and Market Street. Details are still scarce but it will be a 70-seat at 1420 Market Street, currently the site of a Chinese restaurant. Patterson describes it as a "fun, casual place" but doesn't hint at any specifics. The new eatery will open this summer.
