Coming Soon: Bruno Loubet to Open The Grain Store

Following his namesake bistro at the Zetter Hotel, chef Bruno Loubet is set to open The Grain Store - a more casual dining spot on Granary Square in early June.

The new restaurant designed by Russell Sage (Bread Street Kitchen, The Balcon, Zetter Townhouse, Bistro Bruno Loubet) will seat 80 inside and have space for 100 covers outside. As the name suggest the menu will focus heavily on vegetables. Loubet explained this to Hot Dinners saying, "I have always had a passion for vegetables, and love tending my own little garden at home. While we will not be a ‘vegetarian’ restaurant, there is so much cooking scope with vegetables that I am looking forward to exploring at Granary Square.”

A 'corner counter' will serve takeaway salads, soups, pastries and quiches, while drinks will be provided by Tony Conigliaro of 69 Colebrook Row.
