Cinquecento, the Roman trattoria in the South End that opened late last year, will start serving brunch this weekend. The inaugural menu includes pastries like sugar donuts, as well as dishes including truffled polenta with poached eggs; grilled steak and eggs; and crêpes with whipped lemon ricotta and native honey. Prices range from $3 per pastry to $17.25 for entrees. Brunch kicks off Saturday, February 16 and Sunday, February 17, 10 AM-3 PM, and on the weekends thereafter. And don’t forget, parking is free (617-338-9599)!
