Cafe Rouge to Revamp All London Restaurants Over the Next Three Years

Cafe Rouge - the French restaurant chain found on nearly every high street in London - is getting a much needed makeover.

Speaking to the M&C Report, Tragus - the group that owns Cafe Rouge as well as Strada and Bella Italia - has said that they plan to revamp all 300 restaurants in the estate over the next three years to make the brand more contemporary. The ambitious project will see the traditional colours inverted (less red, more white) as well as de-cluttering of walls and trading areas and the introduction of a smaller tighter menu. To date, four restaurants have been revamped including Hampstead which is picking up more evening trade than before.
