Byron Launches Lamb Burger Special for Easter

If all the horsemeat talk has put you off beef burgers, you'll be happy to hear that Bryon is launching a lamb burger special in time from Easter. From March 5 to April 8 head to any branch of the burger chain to try the six ounce lamb patty squashed between a soft bun with feta, salted cucumber, tomato and cumin relish and mustard mayonnaise.

"We’ve served a lot of hamburgers over the years – in fact, over 6 million at the last count. And we’ve eaten a fair few as well. By any stretch, it has been a busy few years for our beloved Scottish cows. So to give them just the suggestion of a breather, we thought maybe we should change things up for our latest special (just this once mind)” says Tom Byng, Byron's founder.
