Box Office: Pheasant Foodie Dinner and Common Thread's World Festival

Looking for last minute plans? Frontier’s latest installment of “So You Think You’re a Foodie” dinner takes place tonight. This month’s theme is pheasant. The five-course meal costs $65 with an optional wine or beer pairing for $15 (773-772-4322).

Gerard Craft
When one award-winning chef welcomes another into his kitchen the result will either be utter chaos or culinary genius. Our money is on the latter when Sepia’s executive chef Andrew Zimmerman welcomes chef Gerard Craft for a five-course “Modern Midwest” dinner on March 12. Tickets cost $115 (312-441-1920).

Common Threads
The 10th anniversary of Common Thread’s World Frestival will bring A-list chefs including Chris Pandel, Stephanie Izard and Jose Garces to Soldier Field on March 4. General admission starts at $250, but the VIP after party with the chefs at The James Hotel is a steal at $150.

Marker’s Mark
For anyone who still has a thing or two to say about the recent whiskey controversy, give a piece of your mind to Maker's Mark chairman Bill Samuels Jr. Or just keep your thoughts to yourself and enjoy the three-course dinner with bourbon pairings he will host at Schuba’s on April 25. Tickets cost $59.
