No one should drink on an empty stomach so Ed Wilson and Oli Barker (the team behind Terroirs, Brawn, Soif and most recently The Green Man & French Horn) are launching a two day pop up bistro at The Real Wine Fair next month.
The Unfiltered Dog will open for dinner on March 17 &18 serving a short a la carte menu of wine-friendly dishes like smoked mackerel, crispy pork belly with kimchi or salt beef, mashed potatoes and English mustard as well as oysters, charcuterie and a cheese platter. There will also be a wine list representing many of the growers at the the fair (bottles from £18).
