It's not exactly cheap but one sip of the Pisco Sour at Peruvian hot spot Coya and you will completely forget the £10 price tag. Peruvian Pisco (a grape-based distilled alcohol) is combined with egg white, bitters, sugar syrup and lime to create a small (but very strong) frothy drink.
