Best Thing We Ate This Weekend: Loch Duart Smoked Salmon at The Barn

The Barn at Coworth Park in Ascot is a charming rustic restaurant at the Dorchester Group's country hotel where you'll find comforting selection of British food. There are plenty of hearty dishes to warm you up but if you are in the mood for something light, this practically perfect and beautifully presented plate of Loch Duart smoked salmon was served with traditional garnishes like onions, capers, pickering watercress and toasted sour dough.
