Best Thing We Ate Last Night: Arroz Nikkei at Coya

The ceviche and barbecued meats might be getting all the attention at London's hip new Peruvian restaurant, Coya, but not to be overlooked is this Arroz Nikkei. The hunk of fresh Chilean sea bass sits on a bed of sticky rice and is served from an iron cast pot. The risotto-like dish is flavoured with lime and chilli and tastes best when all these bold flavours are mixed together before serving.
