Barcito Announces All-Star Chef Lineup at Amigos of Pintxo

Pintxo knows how to party

Just when we think the little Spanish bulldog that could (Pintxo, the official canine mascot of Barcito) called in his last favor with chefs friends, he announces more big names welcomed to Amigos of Pinxto. Next to cook with executive chef Ryan Poli are executive chef Thomas Lents and pastry chef Patrick Fahy from Sixteen. They will be at Tavernita on Monday, February 25 with a unique twist on spanish small bites. Proceeds from the event benefit Pilot Light.

Per usual, all-you-can-eat pintxos cost $25 per person. The bar also offers beer, kegged cocktails and wines a la carte.
