All'Onda Targets a Spring Opening

At last night's Thistle Hill Tavern collaboration dinner between Morimoto alums Dale Talde and Chris Jaeckle, future All'Onda executive chef Jaeckle let us know that the project is looking at a spring opening, with construction finishing within the next eight-12 weeks (originally it was supposed to debut in November). Good news is, based on last night's meal, the upcoming Union Square adjacent Italian spot (that restaurateur Chris Cannon is also involved with) is in good hands and will be worth the wait (22 East 13th St.).
