The first in the series, which takes place this Monday, will be collaborative six-course meal prepared by the some of the old Manresa gang and there are still a few seats left. In the kitchen will be Zack Freitas (formerly of Station 1 and Zare at Fly Trap) working the soup, 30 Under 30 honoree John Paul Carmona rocking the rock cod, Marty Cattaneo (Dio Deka) presenting squid, Johnny Madriga (Spruce) on the quail course, Kim Alter headlining with beef marrow and beef tendons and Berto Vallejos (Spruce) turning out the chocolate dessert. The full menu (shown here), costs $90 per person with an additional $45 for wine pairings. This is a scream of a deal. For upcoming Haven dinners, look here (44 Webster St, Oakland; 510-663-4440).
