The Japanese are taking matters into their own hands. A seafood restaurant in Sapporo has started to fine customers who leave any food after their meal. The restaurant states on the menu that customers who leave any part of their signature dish will be fined a surcharge that will be donated to the fishermen who make the meal possible.
