7 Things You Need to Know About Fitler Dining Room

Potato gnocchi with Burgundy snails and Chartreuse butter
Fitler Dining Room opens for business in the former Mémé space at 22nd and Spruce this Thursday, February 21. The American bistro is a project from Dan Clark and Ed Hackett, the pair behind Pub & Kitchen and The Diving Horse in Avalon. Food is from executive chef Rob Marzinsky, who has run the line in both those kitchens and also helped open Stateside on East Passyunk.

The small space somehow manages to be airy, elegant, classic and modern all at once, judging from a sneak preview visit, and we’re betting it will quickly become a neighborhood favorite. Here are seven things you need to know about the new spot.
