Fitler Dining Room opens for business in the former Mémé space at 22nd and Spruce this Thursday, February 21. The American bistro is a project from Dan Clark and Ed Hackett, the pair behind
Pub & Kitchen and
The Diving Horse in Avalon. Food is from executive chef Rob Marzinsky, who has run the line in both those kitchens and also helped open
Stateside on East Passyunk.
