Meet the Farmers
Tonight, Fulton’s on the River welcomes Wisconsin’s Riley Brothers Farm for a wine and steak dinner with executive chef Kevin Schulz. Dishes will include carpaccio of tenderloin and short rib raviolo. The meal costs $75 per person with an optional $40 wine pairing. (312-822-0100).

Restaurant Week
Batten down the hatches! Restaurant Week is upon us. Beginning Friday and continuing through the tenth, restaurants around Chicago serve three or four-course tasting menus at a discounted price. Reservations are few and far between, so best of luck scoring a table.

Groundhog Day
Should we be so worried about six more weeks of winter when winter never arrived? Either way, to honor the furry, weather-predicting creature, South Water Kitchen hosts a free 2-course lunch on their patio. There are 3 communal seating sessions on Saturday at 11 AM, 12:30 PM and 2 PM. (312-236-9300).

Puppy Bowl
Large, sweaty men in oversized pads tackling each other for an oddly shaped ball…we’re over it. Bring on the Puppy Bowl! To celebrate the only worthwhile sporting event on Sunday, Filini will serve dogs and their owners puppy-themed specials benefiting PAWS. (312-477-0234).
