Update: Horsemeat Hamburger Scandal

Larry Goodman, the founder and executive chairman of Ireland's ABP Food Group at the centre of the horsemeat hamburger scandal told the Financial Times at the weekend, "We are talking about DNA testing and DNA will pick up molecules and something in the air. I would not be surprised if there was not cross-contamination of various species if one were to do DNA testing."

Horse molecules in air? We say that could be the worst excuse ever.

Anyway, that's exactly why I make my own ground beef :)
