Starting this Sunday, January 6, Brian Poe's summer arrival
Tip Tap Room will be hosting a "tipsy" weekend brunch featuring a menu of classics with a twist, such as $10 Belgian waffles with beer butter, $12.50 Tip Top Benedict with a butter fried smashed potato cake and beer cheese hollandaise, and Boston baked bean inspired smoked bacon. As far as the "tipsy" part, in addition to what's loaded in the dishes, its 36 seasonal beers on tap will be available, as well as speciality brunch brews. From the sound of it, don't schedule anything too important afterward, because chances are you'll want a nap (Sundays, 10:30 AM-3 PM; 857-350-3344).
