Table chef-owner Frederick de Pue’s farm-to-table concept opened last week in Shaw. From the old boards on the ceiling to the open kitchen to the handwritten, ever-changing menus, it’s the restaurant of his dreams. His vision is to provide a relaxing spot where the neighborhood can get great food and drink for under $25. Sounds like a worthy business plan to us.
